Any good CHEAP Minestrone Soup Recipes??

I’m on a very tight budget and need a great CHEAP recipe for Minestrone Soup. I prefer Vegan…but go ahead and give me whatever recipe, I can always modify it.

First you need to make a vegetable stock:
water, onions, carrots, celery, bay leaves, etc.
You can break up spaghetti for the fine noodles.
Add spinach or any leafy greens that you like.
A few canned beans or pre-soaked dried beans.
Assorted frozen veggies: peas, carrots, corn, etc.
Some chopped tomato is also good.
