the right diet?
im trying to loose weight, and the thing is i need a certain plan to follow, that tells me exactly what to eat and do. i know blahblah eat right and exercise but i want an eating plan, is it better to eat only two meals a day or like 5? is there any sites that can help me? please?
ps; im looking for quick diets like the cabbage soup one and things like that, are there any tricks?
